Sherman is especially committed to teaching in-house executive programs for a large and varied number of business, governmental, international, and nonprofit organizations around the world. He delivers executive programs, keynotes, senior executive briefings and does consulting through various universities and his executive education network, IvyFaculty.

Sherman is an experienced and dynamic presenter who has designed and taught executive programs at Harvard’s Kennedy School and at the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School. He has also taught executive programs and graduate courses at many other institutions of higher learning, including Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business, Texas A&M University, the Indian School of Business, Reykjavik University, Lead University, and the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, among others.

Prof. Roberts delivers keynotes to large groups at annual meetings, conventions and the like on any of the topics on which he has teaching expertise. These can be customized with reference to sector, industry, country, or topics of special interest. Examples of the latter are issues related to culture and the relationship between diversity and organizational effectiveness. Executive briefings are usually delivered to the top management of an organization that is concerned with improvement on a specific issue.
